Starting on October 1st The Darkest Hour will be having a Bellatrix month! Everyday a new banner will be posted on the site, which was made by Amalie lestrange, showing a different part of Bellatrix's life! If you have any suggestions for Bellatrix month, please join the forum and contact Amalie! She will be more than happy to accept suggestions and images that you think will be of use to her!

Administrators are aware of the increasingly large number of guests visiting The Darkest Hour. Whilst we enjoy giving Harry potter fans up-to-date news and a place to meet, we feel that contributions to this site would be of great use. In the future administrators will be discussing the possible closure of the forum to unregistered users.
Role Playing Character's Required
The Darkest Hour originally began as a Role playing forum, but has branched out into providing up-to-date news and a space for Harry Potter fans to meet and talk as themselves. This said, we still wish to have role playing members on this forum, as role playing is a vital part of this forum. If you register as a role player you are elegible for a free board, which is moderated and maintained by you. Certain role playing groups, such as Death Eaters, have their own role playing section, where only they can post. Joining up as a role playing character is well worth it! Join now and have pick of almost all of JK Rowling's characters, or create your own!
